Delete my data

How to remove your data from our games, and how to ask us to delete anything we hold.

This page covers all games published by Blackiced Studios (C Squared Solutions LLC) on Google Play and Steam.

Our games don't have accounts and don't send your data to us. There's no online account to close. Everything a game stores is on your own device.

Delete game data on your device

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Settings → Apps and select the game.
  2. Tap Storage → Clear storage to wipe saves and settings, or tap Uninstall to remove the game and all its data.

Windows (Steam)

  1. In your Steam Library, right-click the game and choose Manage → Uninstall.
  2. To remove saves too, delete the game's save folder under %APPDATA% (the exact folder is listed on the game's support FAQ).

Achievements and playtime recorded by Steam belong to your Steam account and are managed by Valve under the Steam Privacy Policy.

Ask us to delete data we hold

The only personal data we might have is an email you sent us. To have it deleted:

  1. Email support@blackicedstudios.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Send it from the address you used to contact us, and name the game.

We'll delete it and confirm within 30 days. We delete all of it; we don't keep any of it afterwards, except where the law requires us to (for example, records of a refund dispute).
