Privacy policy

This policy explains how Blackiced Studios, a trade name of C Squared Solutions LLC ("Blackiced Studios", "we", "us"), handles information in the games we publish on Google Play, Steam and other platforms (the "Games"), and on this website. It applies to every Game unless that Game's store page links to a different policy.

1. Information our Games collect

None. Our Games do not collect, transmit or sell personal information or usage data, to us or to anyone else. Specifically, they have:

• No user accounts or sign-in
• No advertising and no advertising SDKs
• No analytics, telemetry or crash-reporting services
• No access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos
• No in-app purchases (unless a Game's store page clearly says otherwise; payments are then handled entirely by the store)

Every game we currently publish collects no personal data. If a future game works differently, it will be listed here with exactly what it collects before it's released.

2. Data stored on your device

Saved games, settings and achievement progress are stored in files on your own device. We can't see them. Uninstalling a Game removes this data (on Windows you can also delete the Game's save folder yourself).

3. Stores and platforms

When you buy or download a Game from Google Play or Steam, the store processes your purchase, download and account under its own privacy policy. We receive aggregated sales and download reports from stores, never your name, email or payment details. On Steam, achievements and playtime are recorded by Steam on your Steam account.

4. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and fix problems you report. We don't add you to mailing lists or share it with anyone. We keep support emails for up to 24 months, then delete them, or sooner if you ask.

5. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and reliability; we don't use them to identify you.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. We would only disclose information if required by law.

7. Children

Our Games are suitable for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to its use. Because our Games don't collect personal data, the only information we might hold is email correspondence. To make a request, see Delete my data or email support@blackicedstudios.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We keep the little information we receive (support email) in an access-controlled mailbox and delete it on the schedule above.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a Game ever starts collecting data, we'll update this policy and the Game's store listing (including Google Play's Data safety section) before that version is released.
